Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to professional booking of Revaansh Kohli for live music performances and related entertainment services arranged through this website, email, phone or WhatsApp.

Website enquiry forms do not charge payment automatically. Fees, deposits and cancellation terms become binding only when confirmed in a written booking confirmation, invoice or contract.

No physical products

This Site does not sell physical goods and does not offer shipping. All paid services are live performance / entertainment services. There is therefore no shipping or delivery policy for merchandise on this Site.

How a booking is confirmed

A booking is typically confirmed when:

• Date, venue, performance format and fee are agreed in writing; and
• Any required booking deposit (or advance) is received as specified in the confirmation

Until then, availability may change. An online enquiry alone does not reserve a date.

Deposits and payments

Unless a written agreement states otherwise:

• A non-refundable or partially refundable booking deposit may be required to secure the date
• The balance is usually due before the event, by the deadline stated in the confirmation
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated privately (bank transfer or other agreed method)

Exact deposit percentage, due dates and bank details are provided in your booking confirmation — not on the public website.

Client cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the following guidelines apply unless your written agreement specifies different terms:

• More than 30 days before the event: Deposit may be refunded after reasonable administrative costs, or transferred to a mutually agreed new date (subject to availability)
• 15–30 days before the event: Deposit is generally non-refundable; remaining balance (if unpaid) may be waived
• Fewer than 15 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable; up to 50% of the total agreed fee may be payable to cover artist and production commitments already made
• 48 hours or less / no-show: Full agreed fee may be charged

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] or the WhatsApp number used for your booking.

Artist / organiser cancellations

If Revaansh Kohli or the booking team must cancel a confirmed performance for reasons within our control (other than force majeure), we will:

• Notify you as soon as reasonably possible
• Offer a rescheduled date subject to mutual agreement; or
• Refund deposits and fees already paid for the cancelled performance

We are not liable for third-party costs you incurred (venue, décor, travel, etc.) beyond refund of amounts paid to us for the performance, except where required by law.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, major transport failure, venue closure, or sudden severe illness.

In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule. If rescheduling is impossible, deposits may be retained as a credit toward a future date for a reasonable period, or refunded partially after documented costs, as agreed in writing.

Date changes

Client-requested date changes are treated as a cancellation of the original date plus a new booking, unless we expressly agree in writing to transfer the deposit to a new available date. Additional fees may apply if travel, crew or production costs change.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, typically within 7–14 business days after written approval. Bank processing times may vary. We do not offer cash refunds unless specifically agreed.

Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us with your booking reference, payment proof and reason. We will review in good faith. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law described in our Terms of Use.
